IHNY
...when the 1-2-3 shuts down, causing travelers to leave in a mass exodus. This inconvenience forces one to reexamine MTA's offerings or fight for a taxi. Often service changes are related to construction or weather issues; today, there was an investigation related to a triple murder suspect. Oh, New York!

Yes I know! I had a frustrating day of IHNY on the subway. This changed as soon as I came home and found out the real reason for the delays. I read with rampant interest. I feel terrible that this terrible news is what changes the "H" a little bit more into an "L."
